Snow Leopard Wildlife Art
Currently I'm still waiting for a cat photo of Lucky but in the meantime Bramble has appeared on my 'to do' list (top right column) plus I've also done a bit of 'me art' in the form of the snow leopard shown above.
The leg looks stightly out of kilter but the leopard is climbing upwards and hopefully when I complete more of the painting it will begin to make sense!!!
If you like my work please take the time to leave me a comment or become a follower. If you would like to win a pet portrait of your dog, cat, horse or any other pet please see my new competition. The competition has closed for this year but there will be a new one in 2010. Join in the fun and vote for this year's winner by following the links here.
If you are interested in commissioning me please visit my pet portrait artist website or my wildlife artist website
Thanks for visiting!

Wow, just stunning! And I don't know what you're talking about the leg looks perfect to me. It just looks like he's getting ready to move. I love it, did you take this reference photo? And is this colored pencil? I'm assuming it is, Great work!
Thanks Crystal. The leg just looks at an odd angle at the moment to me and I know where it's going! Unfortunately this isn't my reference image and it is royalty and copyright free but for the life of me I cannot remember whose image it is and I don't want to name the wrong person so I'm digging around trying to find the cd it came on!
Oh yes and colour pencils as always, a mixture of derwent artists, studios and coloursoft, just about every pencil they've ever made almost!
Superb job Karie-Ann. I love this piece and wow those eyes. Looks great to me.
I keep forgetting to congratulate you on your site. It looks great. Love the header.
thanks Dors, I'm so behind these days, I still need to collect my award. Thank you very much!
