Horse Portraits, Bron
This is Bron's portrait completed with a couple of montage images in the lower corners.
Bron unfortunately passed away not so long ago so this portrait is to be a Christmas present for her owner as a keepsake. Bron and her owner regularly took part in competitions and from what I've been told was an adored horse and very sadly missed.
And the latest on Stan and my other furry babies...
This is the dog sofa. They are allowed to sleep here and Willow, Gypsy and Zac all understand this is the only furniture they can clamber on. Stan obviously has never had a sofa and it's taken a while for him to be brave enough to join the crew. For several days, he and Willow have played musical chairs with neither wanting to get on the sofa at the same time as the other one. Each would watch the other intently and as soon as one got down, the other would dive in. In the end I had to sit in the middle and put them both on it, and then sneak off leaving them to get on with things. As you can see above, they've all conquered their differences with sofa etiquette but the only problem now is, there isn't enough room for all of them when Zac the spaniel wants to get on it as well! I need to either shrink my dogs in the wash or buy a huge sofa (shrinking seems the most cost effective I think!)
p.s. the black above Stans' eye isn't make up, he keep sticking his head in the coal bucket!
Getting back to portraits, I've already started Andie the tabby cat but there really isn't enough down on paper yet to warrant a photo so I'd best get back to it!
I've also have to get Bron framed, we have found a beautiful brushed metal frame which should look good plus match the decor of the room it will eventually be placed in so I will also take pics of that and post them.
