A day off!!!
A bit more has been done to Nina and Olivia, I will continue working on these two today but tried for once to take a shot in daylight which is only possible as WE HAVE THE DAY OFF WORK BECAUSE OF THE SNOW!!!!!!
The weather is appalling, we have a fair few inches of snow and because of living out in the sticks we just cannot get anywhere, it must be bad though because they've closed the main offices at the Forestry Commission so everyone is allowed the day off, Willow and co all played out in the snow
I think the last one is an action shot as all paws were off the floor!
Thanks for visiting my blog, please come back again, any comments are very welcome
If you like my work please take the time to leave me a comment or become a follower (see bottom of page). If you would like to win a pet portrait of your dog, cat, horse or any other pet please see my new competition. It costs nothing to enter, all you require is internet access.
If you are interested in commissioning me please visit my pet portrait artist website or my wildlife artist website

I had the day off due to snow as well! However we didn't have nearly as much as you!
Hi, Thanks for following me on Twitter... I love, love, love your work. You have an amazing talent. I would love to add your blog to my blog links to visit you more.
Happy Creating,,,,gail
Beautiful sketches. You obviously love and understand animals. That's a good thing.

It's so cute to watch dogs playing in the snow. Nina and Olivia are gorgeous girls, and their portrait is looking great!
Hi Karie: See what happens when you draw SNOW Leopards? :-} Like your new Nina and Olivia - what breed are they?
Hi Bill, Nina and Olivia are weimaraners and are used for hunting as well as for pets. They are lilac coloured apparantly. Quite an unusual breed, these two are from the USA.
I thought that's what they were, but couldn't quite tell. One of my best buddies was a weimaraner - they are great dogs. He thought he was a lap dog - it made for some interesting events . Can't wait to see them complete. Are you still full of snow?
Still snowed in Bill, a tractor cleared the track from our house late yesterday afternoon so we spent two hours in the evening clearing our long drive to get the van out for work this morning, unfortunately some unforecast snow came in and snowed us in even more than yesterday. Haha, yippee!!!!!
