springer spaniel pet portrait

Brodie's pet portrait now has legs!!! I've carried on with the body of Brodie before starting work on the foreground and background.pet portrit artist Just a few pics from the garden, some stripey clematis, I love these flowers, apparantly you can find a clematis which flowers for nearly every month of the year.

And Willow has now found a new game, she is a bit of an expert at frizzby. It was a bit short lived because as soon as she found her football we had to change sports!
And here are my ducklings with Mummy, these were about a day old at this point. Since then we have found a large dish for them to bath in so I'll try to get some action shots of them paddling about.

If you like my work please take the time to leave me a comment or become a follower (see bottom of page). If you would like to win a pet portrait of your dog, cat, horse or any other pet please see my new competition. It costs nothing to enter, all you require is internet access.

Brodie's looking good. And there is nothing cuter than baby Muscovy ducks!

Those ducklings are amazing Kat, they are already so independant and their mum has to keep rounding them up! I expect she's waiting for them to fly the nest already!!!

Wow! Brodie is looking great! can't wait to see the background!

Nor me Sally, I really want to try the background on the back of the drafting film to give it perspective as though it is in the distance, hopefully it won't be long coming now!

I love this one of Brodie Kari, the pose is just superb....Willow looks gorgeous as always.

Thanks Dors, he really is starting to take shape now, I'm not sure if it's because it's a full body portrait but this one seems to have taken a long time to get to the 'looking a bit more realistic' stage!

I think Willow is coming to terms with me following her around with a camera Vic, she just poses for me and then walks away!

The picture of Brodie is looking good. Such cute ducks. And they don't even know they are models. Looking forward to photos of them swimming.

Thanks Jeanne, I try and try to catch the ducklings in their mini swimming pool but Mum keeps rounding them up and sitting on them everytime I go near with the camera, I do have a little video of them toddling about though so I'll download that a bit later.
